The villa has three rooms including two rooms are doubles and one is a single. There is a common kitchenette, toilet and shower. Each room has a private balcony. On the property there is also an accompanying guest house "the studio" which is about 40 sqm. The studio has two large rooms, kitchenette, toilet and shower and also a lovely veranda. In total there are up to six beds in the guest house.

All rooms are individually and tastefully decorated.

Shared laundry room with washer and dryer is adjacent to the guest house.

In the winter we are mainly looking for student tenants that rent the room/s/ for the duration of the semester. During the summer all the rooms are for summer residents.
